Shipping policy

We ship all domestic orders with Evri (Hermes parcelnet). International orders will be done preferentially also with Evri, but may use another carrier if necessary.

Most orders will arrive within 2-3 business days after they've been dropped off, but some may take considerably longer depending on delays. We may occasionally ship some orders as next-day, at our discretion. 

Shipping is to your door, and Evri will attempt to deliver to the specified address 3 times before returning the parcel to us. If this happens, you will be required to pay an extra shipping fee as this will cost us money. This will be the price of the label at cost. This includes orders that have met our £50 threshold (domestic mainland orders only)

We do not ship to BFPOs anymore, due to overall complexity and cost, as well as carrier restrictions. We're a small business and, frankly, they're just not worth it for the UK rates we should be charging as per gov.uk. 

For non UK orders, there are different shipping costs which we have made as reasonable as possible. Orders to USA will have a higher cost than to Spain for example, due to distance, duties, tax, and the general shipping cost it charges us. We understand that paying potentially $20 shipping on a $4 item may seem silly, however its a blanket charge so doesn't change depending on how much you order.
