Shipping policy

We now ship most domestic orders with Royal Mail, due to cost, but some oddly shaped packages may be shipped with Evri, as they have a more lenient sizing policy. International orders will pretty much always be done with Evri, as they're the easiest.

Most orders will arrive within 2-3 business days after they've been dropped off, but this does depend on the carrier and once it's at the drop-off it's pretty much out of our control what happens to it. Some orders may be shipped using a next-day label, but this is rare and entirely at our discretion. 

Orders to Northern Ireland and the Isle of Man have a slightly higher shipping cost at £5 due to location surcharges imposed by our carriers, and they are additionally excluded from our £50 free shipping offer. 

Other international orders have varying charges, and can get somewhat expensive if you're in a country like the US. These will also take much longer to arrive, which is not ideal but we cannot control this.

If your delivery cannot be delivered and the carrier sends it back to us, you will either have to pay for the additional shipping, at the cost of the label, or we will refund your order and will not refund the shipping. This includes orders that originally had free shipping. Labels aren't free!

We unfortunately do not ship to BFPOs anymore, as they're a pain to ship to and not overly cheap, and are infrequent enough to just not be worth doing, frankly.
