Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. You may have longer if we're legally obligated to accept a return.
You do not need to give a reason for your return, but one would be appreciated.
If you want to cancel your order due to an error made during purchase, please know you can contact us and we'll try to rectify any mistakes made.
You can either request a return through the shopify app, or you may contact us. We would prefer you to request a return through Shopify, but of course we will treat you the same if you contact us directly.
If you do request a return, you will need to notify us and ship it back to us. The return address is:

We do not charge a restocking fee or any other fees, but you are required to cover the cost of shipping. You may ship it however you like, but it must arrive within 14 days of you notifying us of your intent to return the items. Once we have received the items, we will refund you within 14 days, but will aim to refund you sooner. This excludes the shipping fee, unless the item is faulty, in which case we will of course cover all shipping fees and will provide a shipping label.
We are also legally obligated to replace faulty items should they arrive in that condition and you weren't aware that they were faulty at purchase. We ask that you take a photo as soon as you discover a fault, and we will replace the faulty item or refund you if we have no stock left.
